Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bfb88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

Account Closure

• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Unused bonus funds expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bfb88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or in collusion with another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players, coordinating bets, or engaging in any form of chip-dumping or match manipulation in live casino games or sports betting markets.

• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be reported to support immediately and will be voided pending investigation.

bfb88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide all relevant information in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal misuse of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bfb88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of bfb88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bfb88.

The bfb88 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bfb88. Use of these marks without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited. Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is used under licence.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

bfb88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or provision of false or misleading documentation.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Discovery that the player is under the age of 21 or otherwise ineligible to hold an account on the Platform.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bfb88 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.
